- I am the mother of a 30 year-old woman who was conceived in October of 1974 at the office of David Carl Gustafson, MD in Royal Oak Michigan (Detroit area). I was told that the sample was fresh and had just been delivered and since the office was in the medical complex of William Beaumont Hospital that the sample was probably from a medical student. I was also informed that blood type was not taken into consideration. My daughter is caucasion, blood type A+, very tall, thin, gray-green eyes and blond but with dark eyebrows. My daughter has some medical conditions and would ike information regarding her heredity.
