Follas merged with Pathology Associates (abbreviated PA) in 2006. Follas's old website is now defunct. Their new website (http://palabs.com) no longer sells semen; they only store it for cancer patients. Genome Resources has the former Follas donors listed on their donor list that is on their website (http://genomer... Genome Resources is a subsidiary of General BioTechnology LLC (GBT). GBT was founded in 1997 by former Indiana University School of Medicine researchers, but they started selling semen in 2006 (archives go back that far). Follas and Genome donor numbers start with an F and have four numbers behind the F. Some of the Genome numbers are from the former Follas donor lists, others are new. Some of these same donor numbers have also been sold through CLI out of MN. Genome Resources (GBT) is located at 1102 Indiana Avenue (N. Stadium Drive), Indianapolis, IN 46202. Phone is 800-260-0945. A former donor remembers a comment from the owner, between 1987 and 1989 that he sent sperm to Alaska and to Puerto Rico.

Off road motor cycle racing; hunting; fishing; boating; water skiing. We have been in contact with the donor. As of 2021, Mom + brother have been diagnosed with diabetes later in life - was tested in 2019 and it was negative. Mother also has Hashimoto's disease (thyroid issue) that was developed later in life - donor tested negative in 2019. The donor has had numerous blood tests in the last two years with good results. The donor does have a degenerating disc in his spine since he was about 30, but it is mild and does not need surgery until long into the future. Both donor and his dad had herniated discs that they had surgeries for, and have been fine since. Donor's sister started mentioning back pain in her 40s, but not bad enough for surgery. Sister has seasonal and pet allergies, mom has mild seasonal allergies. Donor's dad and brothers have no allergies. The donor is only allergic to Amoxicillin, which is only mild. No cancer or heart issues in the family. (Donor's dad did have a bypass surgery at 78, but it was believed to be from poor diet. He never had a heart attack because it was found early. )
