CLI was established in the early 1970s as the first private sperm bank in the US and is owned by Genetics & IVF Institute Family of Cryobanks, the owners of Fairfax Cryobank. On August 8, 2018, Cryos International and CAN-AM Cryoservices announced a business arrangement by which Cryos International’s USA headquarters in Orlando, Florida, would make their frozen egg bank available to Canadians via CAN-AM Cryoservices.
